About the Role Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership as we expand our cloud and on-prem mission-critical services. You will take end-to-end ownership of designing, architecting, deploying, and maintaining a high-scale microservice application. Beyond technical contributions, you will mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence across the department. What You'll Do

- Mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence across the department. What We're Looking For
- Proven software engineering experience, typically around 5+ years.
- Expertise in functional programming or strong desire to master it as a core architectural paradigm.
- Proficient in modern development practices: Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Passion for building low-latency, high-performance, highly available systems, including soft real-time applications.
- Experience leading design, architecture, and scaling of distributed microservice architectures.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent English communication skills. Nice to Have
- Experience deploying software using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with Message Brokers and efficient inter-machine communication such as Protocol Buffers.
- Experience architecting distributed systems with microservices and cloud-native scaling.
- Experience deploying to cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and using CI/CD pipelines.
