About the Role
Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (iOS) to design, build, and scale iOS applications across multiple Google platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Mountain View, Palo Alto, and other offices to drive progress, solve complex problems, and mentor junior engineers.
What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and launch iOS applications using Objective-C/Swift

Contribute to architecture and scalable design for large-scale apps

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams

Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices

Participate in code reviews and quality improvements

Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of mobile apps

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience programming in Objective-C, Swift, or C++

3 years of experience with iOS application development

3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products

1 year of experience with large-scale application design and architecture

Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Ability to work across multiple locations (Mountain View, Palo Alto, etc.)
