What the role is: Work on Microsoft's Windows AI Trust platform, building AI- and data-driven engineering systems that improve how Windows is developed, tested, and shipped to over a billion users.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship engineering and data products for Windows.
- Use AI, big data, and modern engineering technologies to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with Windows engineering, product/program management, external organizations, and customers.
- Take technical leadership on projects and influence engineering direction across teams.
- Mentor less-experienced engineers.
- Promote reliability, testing, measurement, and overall engineering excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with C++, C#, Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience applying AI technologies to real-world software solutions.
- Ability to lead projects, communicate technical concepts, and work across teams.
Work setup:
- 3 days/week in-office
- Less than 25% travel

- Salary: €77,400–€130,000/year
