About the Role Join HiringCafe as a Senior Software Engineer responsible for leading development, mentoring engineers, and driving architecture across mobile (native and Flutter) and backend systems. You will work remotely on a full-time basis with a focus on building scalable, reliable software and shaping technical direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead development efforts across mobile and backend teams, setting technical direction and architecture choices.
- Mentor engineers, review code, and promote best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product and operations to deliver robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of software development experience with strong mobile (native and Flutter) and backend skills.
- Experience with Spring, relational databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, mentoring and technical leadership.
- Proficiency with Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Xcode, Android Studio, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Bitrise, GitHub, CircleCI, Jenkins, Mockito, Appium, and Flutter integration test package.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; track record of mentoring teams and delivering results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 124,000 - 155,000 per year.
