Job title: Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

About the Role Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to contribute to both the front-end and back-end development of our GenAI observability and quality product, applying UI/UX design expertise and next-gen tools to improve the performance and quality of GenAI systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible UI/UX.
  • Architect, design, and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support the application.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of best practices in both UI/UX and back-end development.
  • Contribute to product strategy by offering insights based on technical feasibility and user experience considerations.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure the reliability and performance of all components with rigorous testing.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize performance, both for the front-end and back-end.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Passion for user experience and design and a deep understanding of front-end architecture.
  • Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
  • Motivated by delivering customer value.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember).
  • 5+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Scala, Go).
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.

Nice to Have

  • UI/UX design experience and strong product sense.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Local pay range: USD 166,000—USD 225,000 per year.
  • Eligible for annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits listed above.
