About the Role Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack for VALCE T@lent Solutions, based in Guadalajara, Mexico. This hybrid role (3 office days) focuses on delivering secure, maintainable, scalable full stack solutions within an Agile SAFe framework. What You'll Do
- Provide development and technical support for new business requirements and development of new products.
- Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility and collaborate with business partners and customers to define alternatives and recommend optimal solutions.
- Coordinate and participate in coding, design changes, enhancements and system testing.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project momentum. What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm for finding elegant solutions to complex problems and identifying process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Experience delivering secure, maintainable, scalable and complex application solutions in a SAFe/Agile process.
- Full stack developer with ability to write secure code in backend and frontend programming languages Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL and familiarity with secure coding standards and vulnerability management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and high motivation. Nice to Have
