About the Role Paramount Skydance Corp. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build advanced AI-powered tooling and internal platforms that modernize quality engineering across the organization. This is not an in test role — you will be building production systems, internal platforms, and intelligent automation services that materially improve engineering efficiency. You will lead the development of AI-driven services, RAG pipelines, and automation accelerators that streamline test authoring, triage, and analysis. What You'll Do
- Architect and implement AI-driven services, micro-platforms, and developer tools that support GQE.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings systems, and LLM-powered utilities.
- Develop intelligent automation accelerators that classify failures, detect flakiness, and recommend fixes.
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks.
- Partner with QE, Platform, and Data Engineering teams What We're Looking For
