About the Role Everlaw is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform to build and operate AI platform capabilities powering user-facing software in complex ecosystems. This is a full-stack role involving retrieval, vector search, model orchestration, evaluation, and agentic patterns, alongside search, databases, and real-time collaboration. What You'll Do
- Ship AI platform features in collaboration with product and platform partners.
- Build and operate end-to-end AI platform capabilities across the stack with autonomy.
- Explore areas such as RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and large-scale retrieval pipelines. What We're Looking For
- Experience building and operating AI platform capabilities for user-facing software in complex ecosystems.
- Familiarity with retrieval, vector search, model orchestration, evaluation, agentic patterns, search, databases, and real-time collaboration.
- Self-driven engineers who write clean code, choose appropriate tools, and avoid dogma. Nice to Have
