About the Role As a senior software engineer on Moveworks' agent lab, Natural Language Understanding team, you will help advance the frontier of work that can be entrusted to agents and performed reliably at scale. You’ll contribute to evolving Moveworks' AI Assistant and shape how AI agents operate across enterprise systems. What You'll Do
- Build and improve production systems for AI agents and the Moveworks AI Assistant.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to ship reliable, scalable features.
- Design and implement components for natural language understanding, agent reasoning, and enterprise workflow integration.
- Improve performance, reliability, and monitoring of agentic AI systems at scale.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices. What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a software engineer who has built and improved production systems.
- Strong collaboration and execution skills; ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with software design, debugging, and maintaining high-scale systems.
- Familiarity with AI, NLP, or large language models is a plus.
