About the Role
Cato Networks is at the forefront of cloud-delivered networking and security. As a Senior Software Developer, you will help build a scalable, high-impact platform that secures AI across infrastructure, backend services, and UI/UX. You’ll own major features end-to-end and contribute to an ownership-driven culture.
What You'll Do

Own and run major features and subsystems end-to-end — you’ll take ideas from concept to production and beyond (monitoring, iteration, refinement).

Work across the full stack: infrastructure, platform, backend services, APIs, and UI/UX.

You’ll be comfortable shifting between how we deploy this reliably and how the user experiences it.

Drive team culture of ownership, craftsmanship, iteration and delivery: we’re not just about shipping features but owning the outcome, learning fast, and improving continuously.

Mentor and support other engineers: bring in the best practices of maintainability, scalability, reliability, and product thinking.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on programming in Python, Node.js, or Go (you know one well, and you’re comfortable picking up the others).

3+ years working with AWS, Kubernetes, and RDS (you know your way around cloud-native deployments, scaling, and persistence).

B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience from a technological army unit.

Proven experience leading major projects: you’ve owned significant codebases or systems, taken them from design to delivery, and driven them into production.

Fullstack mindset: you’re comfortable crossing infra/devops/backend/frontend boundaries; you look at problems end-to-end.
