Job Description We are a dynamic and growing health and wellness company seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Senior Social Media Manager to lead our online presence.

This role is crucial for attracting and retaining customers by managing our social media channels, content calendars, scheduling, and posting activities.

You will be responsible for filming and editing engaging videos and reels, writing compelling captions, and updating website content and offers.

Additionally, you will manage email copywriting and campaigns, create campaigns that drive inquiries and bookings, and work with the Client Care team to produce performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media, content calendars, scheduling and posting.
• Film and edit engaging videos, reels and in-store content.
• Write compelling captions and tell stories that connect with our audience.
• Update website content, offers and booking links.
• Manage email copywriting, campaigns, audience segmentation, timing and optimisation.
• Create campaigns that drive enquiries, bookings and repeat business.
• Work with Client Care on follow-ups and produce weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Proven social media and digital marketing experience.
• Strong storytelling, filming, editing and copywriting skills.
• Website content management and email marketing experience.
• A friendly, reliable approach, excellent organisation and the ability to work independently.
• Health and wellness industry experience is a bonus.
• AI content creation skills, including Higgsfield, are also a bonus.
