Job Description

Sujimoto Construction Limited, a leader in luxury real estate, is seeking a strategic Senior Social Media & Corporate Communications Manager to elevate its brand presence and ensure cohesive messaging.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive corporate communications strategies, leading the communications team, and managing media relations and crisis communications. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, overseeing internal communications, and strengthening the company's corporate reputation through impactful storytelling and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communications strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage the corporate communications team.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across communication channels and departments.
• Manage media relations, crisis communications, and responses to sensitive issues.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, editorial content, and leadership talking points.
• Monitor media coverage and sentiment, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Lead internal communications to improve employee engagement and organisational culture.
• Oversee newsletters, announcements, speeches, articles, presentations, and reports.
• Support executive visibility through interviews, conferences, and public speaking.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, digital, and HR teams on communication initiatives.
• Strengthen corporate reputation through storytelling, community engagement, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate communications or public relations.

• Strong people management and leadership skills.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of previous work.

• Proven experience in media relations and crisis communications.

• Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
