Summary
The Senior SMT Manufacturing Engineer will oversee the assembly and manufacturing processes of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in a high-mix, high-technology SMT Contract manufacturing environment. The role also ensures Customer product costs, quality, and reliability goals are achieved for Mack Technologies Florida, Inc. Reports to the Engineering Manager. (100% on-site)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Program and maintain SMT machines, troubleshoot assembly issues, optimize production processes, and ensure product quality while working closely with production teams to improve overall efficiency and address technical challenges in the assembly line.
- Generate pre- and post-DFM analyses to enhance customer designs for manufacturability, reliability, quality, and cost.
