About the Role Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design and develop tooling, automation and infrastructure services that power Navan's services used by thousands of travelers daily. Based in London, you will partner with development teams, release/productivity teams, and security teams to build reliable, scalable systems and keep our services available when travelers need them. What You'll Do
- Design, build and maintain tooling, automation and infrastructure services powering Navan's platform.
- Collaborate with development, release/productivity, and security teams to improve reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
- Drive improvements to monitoring, resiliency, and automation to reduce toil and improve system availability.
- Contribute to incident management and post-incident reviews to continuously improve Navan's reliability. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer or similar, with hands-on ability to design tooling, automation and infrastructure services.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including development, release/productivity, and security.
- Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, monitoring/observability, and incident management.
- Understanding of security practices and risk management in production systems.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
