We are working with a leading super prime residential contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver an exceptional £20M luxury residential refurbishment in Hampshire.

Our client has an excellent reputation for delivering some of the finest private residences, working with high-net-worth individuals, renowned architects, interior designers and specialist subcontractors to create properties of outstanding quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, technically strong Site Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a prestigious and technically challenging refurbishment project.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for high-end construction, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of a £20M super prime residential refurbishment.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades and suppliers, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Oversee complex refurbishment works, including structural alterations, traditional construction techniques, specialist installations and luxury finishes.

• Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, structural engineers, interior designers and specialist consultants.

• Manage site activities in accordance with the construction programme, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions.

• The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager within the super prime residential or luxury refurbishment sector.

• Previous experience delivering substantial high-end residential projects, ideally valued between £5M and £20M+.

• Exceptional technical construction knowledge, with a strong understanding of structural alterations, complex refurbishments, traditional construction methods and specialist finishes.

• A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

• Experience working on prestigious private residences with demanding specifications and exacting client expectations.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and specialist trades.

• Confident reading and interpreting architectural drawings, structural details, specifications and construction programmes.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming technical and logistical challenges.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, designers and consultants.

• A professional, organised and hands-on approach to site management.

• Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

• Based within a reasonable commuting distance of Hampshire.
