Job title: Senior SIOP Planner
About the Role As Senior SIOP Planner, you will play a key role in demand planning, SIOP cycle leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate forecasts and robust supply plans for the Venlo product portfolio. You will act as the Kinaxis subject matter expert and drive continuous improvements in planning processes, data quality, and cross-functional alignment within a hybrid work environment.
What You'll Do
- Demand planning & forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed Kinaxis forecasts for the Venlo product portfolio, integrating insights from Aftermarket and GEHO/HPGR Sales. Analyze demand variability and forecast risks to improve accuracy and align with key stakeholders.
- SIOP-cycle leadership: Prepare the Venlo input for the divisional SIOP, drive the local SIOP cycle, and communicate Venlo-specific constraints and risks. Lead the local SIOP process to ensure stable and reliable planning input.
- Kinaxis Maestro expertise: Serve as the primary Kinaxis super-user and ensure planning parameters and data structures are correct. Support testing, training and continuous refinement of the system.
- Supply- & inventory planning integration: Apply rough-cut capacity planning to align supply plans with Manufacturing and Scheduling. Optimize planning parameters and reduce exceptions to improve plan feasibility.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Aftermarket, GEHO/HPGR Sales, Manufacturing, Scheduling and Supply Chain/Procurement to align demand, supply and inventory plans.
- Continuous improvement: Drive improvements in planning stability, data quality and standardization of planning methods to support an efficient SIOP process.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, forecasting and S&OP processes
- Full-time availability
- Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in collaborative environments
- CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
- Experience with SAP and Kinaxis or similar planning systems
- Experience in a similar industry or FMCG sector
- Demonstrated ability to stabilize and progressively build planning processes over time
