About the Role Senior Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Data Manager at MTSI based at Hulbert Field, Florida. This role leads data management, analysis, and operational support for SIGINT programs, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and timely intelligence for mission-critical decisions in support of airborne and ground operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the SIGINT data lifecycle, including collection, storage, processing, curation, and dissemination of intelligence products.
- Collaborate with signals intelligence analysts, operators, and mission planners to translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Define and maintain data standards, quality controls, and documentation; ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.
- Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools; monitor performance and reliability of SIGINT data systems.
- Support ongoing operations at Hulbert Field and coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Intelligence Studies, or related field; 5+ years experience in SIGINT or intelligence data management.
- Strong experience with SIGINT data analysis, databases, data modeling, and data visualization; proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar tooling.
- Familiarity with secure data handling, information assurance, and DoD security practices; ability to obtain/hold a security clearance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and written/oral presentation skills; ability to work in a dynamic defense environment.
