YOUR IMPACT As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients transform their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution design, configuration, and implementation to maximize the value of their investment.

THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR Solution Design & Advisory

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to define requirements and align with best practices.

Pre-Sales Support

• Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during demos and RFP responses.
• Create solution proposals and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.

Quality & Governance

• Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow standards and client governance frameworks.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
• Recommend enhancements and optimizations for existing client environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, or CSM.

• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

• Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) preferred.
