About this role
Senior Service Designer
Manchester / Leeds / Sheffield / Birmingham – 3 days onsite per week.
Initial 6-month contract.
Up to £700 per day, Inside IR35.
Looking for someone who:
- Has strong service design experience within UK Government or the public sector (DWP, HMRC, MoJ, DfE, NHS etc.)
- Has a solid understanding of GDS standards and the Government Service Standard
- Can lead end-to-end service design across complex digital services
- Is experienced in service blueprinting, journey mapping and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Has worked across multidisciplinary teams in agile environments
- Understands government delivery phases including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
- Can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex user and business needs into practical solutions
Previous experience delivering large-scale government digital services is key.
