About the Role
Senior Service Delivery Consultant is part of SimCorp's SaaS Operations delivering services to clients, focusing on the production support, maintenance of SimCorp Dimension, and overall service delivery. You will work across APAC/EMEA shifts to support customers and optimize system usage.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the key contact for clients regarding production support and maintain the relationship.
- Analyze problems and issues in client production environments and provide timely, SLA-bound solutions.
- Advise clients on configuration maintenance and enhancements to ensure optimal, future-oriented usage of SimCorp services.
- Collaborate with global specialists to share knowledge and deliver efficient client solutions.
- Be prepared to work APAC/EMEA shifts; occasional weekend/public holidays and extended hours as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science; solid knowledge of financial issues (theoretical and practical).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management or custodian.
- Familiar with SimCorp Dimension.
- Experience in operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
- Strong multi-tasking, proactive, service-minded, problem-solving mindset; enthusiastic, committed, results-oriented; thrives under time pressure.
- Other requirements: APAC/EMEA shift hours and a hybrid arrangement (2x per week in office).
