About this role
About the Role Senior Service Delivery Consultants form part of SimCorp's SaaS Operations team. The main purpose is to contribute to the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and to all aspects of service delivery around SimCorp Dimension, working with clients in APAC/EMEA and globally. What You'll Do
- Serve as the key contact for our clients regarding production support and maintain relationships.
- Analyze problems and issues in client production environments and provide timely solutions within agreed SLAs.
- Advise and service client users on configuration maintenance and enhancements to ensure optimal, future-oriented usage of SimCorp services.
- Collaborate with global professionals and specialist roles to share knowledge and deliver efficient solutions.
- Be prepared to work on APAC/EMEA shifts, with occasional weekend/public holiday work and extended hours as needed. What We're Looking For
- Degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science.
- Knowledge of financial issues - theoretical as well as practical.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management, funds management, or custodian.
- Experience operating and supporting front-to-back investment management solutions.
- Strong ability to multitask; proactive, service-minded, problem-solving, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive in time-sensitive situations.
- Availability for APAC/EMEA shift hours (may change) and hybrid work arrangement (2x in office). Nice to Have
