About the Role Senior Service Delivery Consultant will support the Configuration Deployment Service (CDS) within SimCorp's global SaaS Operations delivery unit. You will work remotely with cross-located teams and directly with clients to promote configurations from source to target environments via highly automated procedures.
What You'll Do
- Support the CDS team to be efficient and accountable for service delivery across different time zones.
- Engage in configuration deployments and contribute to service deliveries and client meetings.
- Plan and prepare deployment windows with the client and the team.
- Create configuration packages based on client definitions and follow up on deployments.
- Document and report in line with defined service procedures.
- Collaborate with Service Owners and client stakeholders.
- Advise on process improvements based on lessons learned from daily operations.
- Play an active part in our global Configuration Deployment Service network.
What We're Looking For
- Master in Computer Science, Natural Science, Economics or similar qualification.
- Experience configuring and deploying components of complex standard software applications in the financial sector or financial services industry.
- Technical affinity, eager to engage and learn new technical content.
- Experience in Windows Server environments and exposure to cloud technologies.
- Interest in or basic knowledge about processes in the investment industry.
- Service-minded with a positive mindset; experience working in ITIL framework.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with significant impact on results; proficient analytical skills; solution- and result-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
