About the Role The Senior Security Software Engineer will focus on security application development and integration for InfoSec Technology at EY GDS Poland. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform with AI-driven features. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain secure business applications and integrations
- Integrate applications with databases and third-party services
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Document architecture, code, and processes
- Optimize performance and scalability
- Lead technical discussions with leadership and project teams
- Coach and prioritize technical work; manage code reviews
- Ensure code quality through secure coding practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, risk partners, and business stakeholders What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on software development with services and integration
- Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and security principles
- Strong Power Platform expertise: Power Platform development, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- AI knowledge for designing and integrating AI-driven features
- Solution architecture design experience preferred
- Security certifications or secure software experience (e.g., SANS, ISC2)
- Problem-solving, analytical, risk management and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and collaborate with stakeholders
- Leadership skills and experience in code reviews and secure coding standards Nice to Have
- Experience with governance and IAM policies for Power Platform
- CI/CD and ALM experience for Power Platform
- Experience in InfoSec or security-focused environments
