Job Description
- Lead day-to-day technical activities for a small team of security engineers.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot managed security solutions.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents.
- Review implementation plans, configuration changes, and technical documentation.
- Support project implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh activities.
- Ensure operational activities comply with established standards, processes, and SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during daily operations.
- Coordinate engineering activities with Service Delivery, SOC, Project Managers, and vendors.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident response when required.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.

5–7 years of experience in network or cyber security engineering.

Experience supporting enterprise security technologies.

Experience in a Managed Security Services (MSS) or managed services environment is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
