About the Role Senior SDET responsible for ensuring quality across product development through test planning, automation, and performance testing. You will design and execute manual, automated, and performance tests, build testing frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software. What You'll Do

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans covering manual, automated, and performance testing based on product requirements and business processes.
• Automated Testing, Performance and Stress Testing: Create and maintain efficient automated testing frameworks, write test scripts, and implement automated testing processes.
• Defect Management and Communication: Accurately record and track defects; maintain close communication with cross-functional teams to solve problems and ensure smooth project progress. What We're Looking For
• At least 7 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, in fast-paced and complex project environments preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in automated testing and test case design, and familiarity with test plan development.
• Defined and evolved test strategies and driven quality for big and complex releases.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
• Rich experience in automated testing with frameworks such as Selenium and Robot Framework.
• Proficient in API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing (JMeter, Gatling).
• Understanding of database operations (SQL) and ability to operate in Linux environments.
• Familiar with Agile development methods and can work efficiently in an Agile team.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; able to locate and solve complex issues during testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with multiple departments and levels.
• Ability to work independently, with limited guidance, and proactively learn and adapt to new requirements.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new testing methods and technologies. Nice to Have
• Designed and developed QA tools and services beyond standard API/UI automation frameworks.
• Familiar with professional QA methodologies and tools.
• Good understanding of QA-related Python.
• Knowledge of stress testing tools and performance tests for API/backend features.
• Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Linux basics, and Pytest. Compensation & Benefits
