ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior SDET to build and maintain Web and API automation frameworks from scratch and define the automation strategy within the squads.
MUST HAVES
-
4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer.

Strong programming skills in Java (a "developer-first" approach to QA).

Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.

Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.

Deep understanding of the "shift-left" approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to work independently and provide technical direction on quality initiatives.

Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
-
Previous experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors.

Experience with performance or load testing (e.g., JMeter or Gatling).

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SQL for data validation within test scripts.

Experience working with mocking frameworks.

Frontend Validation: Implement and manage frontend automation scripts to ensure a top-tier user experience.

Coaching: Mentor other engineers on testing best practices and foster a "quality-first" culture.
