About the Role Senior Scrum Master will lead agile practices for product development teams, enabling value delivery for MTSI clients from Dayton, OH. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with product owners to ensure continuous improvement and predictable delivery. What You'll Do
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for multiple teams.
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Help remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions.
- Partner with Product Owner to groom backlog and prioritize work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
- Track progress using agile metrics and drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in fast-paced software development environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Experience with Jira or other agile project management tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative culture.
