  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder input, and vendor deliverables for assigned programs; anticipate risks and recommend solutions to maintain quality and timely execution.
  • Coordinate appropriate scientific and compliance review of training materials in accordance with internal standards and processes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and relevant measures; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and communicate progress, risks, and decisions requiring leadership input.
  • Improve training processes and resources, and incorporate relevant learning platforms and tools to strengthen delivery and application.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience, including demonstrated experience developing and delivering Medical Affairs or scientific training programs.

  • Proven ability to independently manage complex training initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.

  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs roles, scientific exchange, and the learning needs of field-based and office-based teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex scientific information and translate it into clear, audience-appropriate learning experiences.

  • Experience applying adult learning principles and facilitating engaging live and virtual training.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to establish credibility, influence without direct authority, and reconcile input from multiple partners.

  • Sound judgment and a proactive approach to identifying gaps, resolving problems, and escalating issues appropriately.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work with limited day-to-day direction.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to scientific accuracy and detail.
