Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist with expertise in LC-MS-based antibody/protein characterization and/or bioanalytical quantitation to support oncology drug discovery. The successful candidate will perform hands-on analytical research focused on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), antibodies, and small molecules using LC-MS and HPLC technologies. This role partners closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, optimize, and apply analytical methods that support discovery and early development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform analytical characterization and quality control of ADCs, antibodies, and small molecules using LC-MS and HPLC techniques, including:
- Intact mass analysis, de-glycosylation and reducing LC-MS, Drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) determination, HPLC methods such as size exclusion chromatography (SEC), hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC), and reverse-phase (RP), peptide mapping (a plus).
- Prepare and analyze samples from purified proteins and biological matrices, including plasma, serum, and tissues.
- Identify and characterize ADC metabolites from in vitro and in vivo studies using analytical techniq
