About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects for clients including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ. The role is remote and requires strong business analysis, problem-solving and Agile Scrum experience to deliver high-impact solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
- Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional/technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support by analyzing case trends, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and smooth delivery of features.
- Lead due diligence and transformation roadmaps for operational and technological improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC and Salesforce configurations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ.
- Strong background in business analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and Agile Scrum.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC and Salesforce configurations; able to work hands-on when needed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Eloqua experience; Oracle CPQ familiarity.
- Salesforce Einstein Analytics / Tableau-like dashboards.
