Your focus is designing and guiding solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while leveraging B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud, and AI capabilities like Agentforce.
What You'll Do
- Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding CRM strategy and platform evolution
- Lead the design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and roadmap definition
- Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solution architectures
- Ensure alignment between business processes, customer experience, and platform capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
- Provide governance and quality assurance across projects and programs
- Mentor and coach team members, strengthening consulting and solution design capabilities
- Support pre-sales and proposal development, shaping solution approaches for new opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments
- Strong functional and solution design expertise across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solution architectures
