Job title: Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
About the Role Our client is migrating all service operations to the Juniper Salesforce Service Cloud instance from the HPE Salesforce Service Cloud instance. You will develop and customize Service Cloud features and integrations to support this transition and ongoing operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and customize Service Cloud features (Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, Knowledge)
- Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
- Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs
- Support deployments, bug fixes, and production support activities
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams to deliver solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce MuleSoft Developer knowledge
- Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization
- Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, and version control
- Understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Developer / Service Cloud certifications preferred
