You will contribute to the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for some of the world’s leading brands. Your success will be measured by sustainable architecture decisions, well-designed and documented solutions, strong executive client relationships, aligned delivery teams, and measurable business outcomes.

YOUR TEAM

We hire top talent and give them the space to thrive. You will collaborate with the Marketing Cloud / MarTech team under the leadership of a Salesforce Solutions Lead / Director. No ego, just smart people solving complex problems together in collaboration with Data, CRM, and Delivery teams, whose mission is to create personalized, high-value customer experiences.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

• Senior client-facing role (remote within Canada) leading architecture for complex Marketing Cloud engagements.
• Own end-to-end solution design and define technical standards and best practices.
• Guide implementation teams and facilitate executive-level discovery and design workshops.
• Produce architecture documentation and oversee integration design across Salesforce and external systems.
• Act as technical authority for both clients and internal teams.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.

• Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (5+ years, including 3+ in lead/architect roles) with deep knowledge of core modules (Email, Journey, Automation, Audience, Mobile).
• Expertise in multi-cloud / multi-system integrations (Salesforce + external platforms), including APIs and middleware.
• Solid data architecture skills: data modelling, management, and identity resolution.
• Experience leading discovery and design workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have: Marketing Cloud certs, CDP/Data Cloud exposure, AMPscript/SSJS knowledge, consulting background, and experience mentoring delivery teams and bilinguism.
• If English is required: “English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Quebec.”
