About the Role Valtech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead with 6–8 years of confirmed Salesforce platform experience to join a global Luxury Maison's Salesforce CRM Factory. You will be the technical conscience of your squad — owning code quality, driving architecture decisions, and delivering robust CRM solutions that power boutique retail operations, omnichannel clienteling, and luxury client experiences across 5 continents. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical implementation of features — from design to deployment to documentation.
- Define and drive incremental architecture strategies aligned with the Maison's IS model and System Architect guidance.
- Identify architectural constraints ahead of sprints during macro-grooming and PI Planning sessions.
