The Senior Salesforce Developer is a strategic individual contributor within the Digital Customer Technology & Experience Sales Operations organization, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support AGCO's global Sales and Service business processes. The role directly contributes to the organization's digital transformation initiatives by delivering enterprise-grade applications, integrations, and automation capabilities that improve operational efficiency, user experience, data quality, and business outcomes.
This position requires advanced Salesforce development expertise combined with strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate across global teams. The individual will work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
Your Impact
- Deliver complex Salesforce development initiatives and strategic enhancements.
- Support global projects with cross-functional and multi-regional impact.
- Reduce technical debt through modernization and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
- Improve platform scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Accelerate business value delivery through Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ensure successful integration between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering custom Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in Apex development and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience working in Agile development teams
- Advanced/Proficient in English communication skills are required. Spanish language is bonus
- Salesforce Certifications Platform Developer I is required; Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Administrator, or JavaScript Developer certification are highly desirable.
