About the Role Senior Salesforce Consultant with 5+ years of specialized expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Apttus/Conga), and OmniStudio implementations. This role involves leading end-to-end Salesforce projects and bridging business and IT to enable scalable solutions. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ solutions.
- Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation by analyzing case trends, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and smooth delivery of features.
- Lead due diligence efforts and transformation roadmaps for operational transformation. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Apttus/Conga), and OmniStudio.
- Strong background in business analysis, project management, solution consulting, and Agile Scrum.
- Proven experience across multiple industry verticals including financial services, insurance, healthcare, and payment systems.
