About the Role RELEX's Operational Functions teams manage services such as recruitment, employee journey, system functionality and security, legal support, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. This role sits within Presales Analytics as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to enable smooth operations and successful engagements in an international context.
What You'll Do
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce-based analytics and solutions to support presales activities and day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, IT, Legal, Finance, Security) to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and compliant processes.
- Own requirements gathering, specification, design, and documentation; prioritize tasks and proactively engage stakeholders.
- Configure, administer, and optimize Salesforce platforms; provide reporting, insights, and user enablement as needed.
- Adapt to an international context and work with diverse teams across locations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or equivalent, with ability to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working independently and in teams.
