About the Role Senior Sales / Teamleiter (m/w/d) in our Munich, Sendlinger store. You will drive sales, deliver a first-class customer experience, and support day-to-day operations, stepping in for the store manager in their absence. What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets
- Always provide excellent customer service
- Carry out all store operations, e.g. deliveries, logging start/end times, inventory, restocking, etc.
- Enforce health and safety procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and clean environment
- Process cash transactions in line with procedures
- Handle complex customer inquiries
- Coach and support newer team members
- In the absence of the manager, take responsibility for the store, including opening and closing for short periods
- Other appropriate tasks as assigned by store leadership What We're Looking For
- Similar experience in key-holder duties (opening and closing the store), preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales-oriented mindset – goal-driven and able to help the team achieve business goals
- Good understanding of team leadership and sales promotion
