Job Description Develop and manage wholesale, tour operator, and travel agency accounts to grow room revenue and achieve sales targets. Build strong partnerships, secure new business, and manage contracted rates in line with the hotel’s revenue strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales, with a strong background in wholesale and leisure markets.

• An established network of wholesalers, tour operators, travel agencies, and DMCs.

• Demonstrated ability to secure new accounts and achieve revenue targets.

• Strong negotiation, account management, and analytical skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.

• Understanding of hotel contracting, distribution, and revenue management principles.

• Ability to travel for sales activities when required.
