Location: Based in Ras Al Khaimah, covering the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah and Northern Emirates). Candidates living in Sharjah or Dubai are welcome.
Package: fixed monthly + monthly performance incentive + sales commission + transport allowance, phone, medical, visa

C&B Consultant is a specialist specification and project consultancy working with developers, architects, engineering consultants and PMCs. We help clients get the right products and systems specified and delivered on their projects.
The role
A senior, field-based role to grow C&B's client base across the UAE. Around 80% of your time will be spent in face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. You will also introduce Business & Beyond services where there is a fit.
Responsibilities
- Win new clients among architects, engineering consultants, developers, PMCs, design firms and government project entities
- Identify projects early and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Take opportunities from first contact through negotiation and award
- Grow existing accounts and reactivate dormant clients
- Keep CRM records up to date and report weekly on activity and pipeline
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B field sales or business development in the UAE
- Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate or consultancy
- Existing relationships with consultants, developers or PMCs
- A track record of opening new accounts independently
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license
