About the Role
Senior Sales Assistant (m/w/d) in Vollzeit for our Berlin store (Neue Schönhauser) reporting to the Store Manager. The role requires a freethinking, passionate individual who delivers a unique, first-class customer experience and steps in to run daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. What You'll Do

Achieve sales targets

Always provide excellent customer service

Perform all store procedures (receiving deliveries, clocking in/out, stock counts, stock replenishment, etc.)

Maintain health and safety procedures to ensure a healthy, safe, and clean working environment

Process till transactions in line with procedures

Handle complex customer inquiries

Support the leadership team in coaching and mentoring newer team members

In the absence of the Manager, take responsibility for the store, including opening and closing for short periods

Carry out other appropriate tasks as assigned by the store leadership team What We're Looking For

Similar experience in key holder responsibilities (opening and closing the store), preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand

Strong customer service knowledge

Sales-oriented mindset – target-driven and capable of helping the team achieve business goals
