- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in chemical raw materials manufacturing.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to leadership. What We're Looking For
- Mid-Senior level experience in Sales and Business Development or Account Management in chemical/raw materials/manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage networks to win opportunities. Nice to Have
