About the Role Join Motorola Solutions as a Senior RPA Developer within the Finance Operations Center. You will drive end-to-end automation projects using UiPath and other technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy across finance processes. What You'll Do
- Participate in all phases of automation projects - process feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, maintenance
- Deliver automations using UiPath, VBA, SQL, Google Scripting
- Automate business processes in various scopes
- Provide high quality solutions by following best practices and coding standards
- Maintain existing automations
- Monitor and report bot performance
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
- Increase automation awareness within the company What We're Looking For
- Degree in Math/Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or related field
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Experience automating processes within a complex, large-scale environment
- Practical UiPath experience
- Hands-on VBA / Google Scripting experience
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of other programming languages is a distinct advantage (Python preferable)
- Ability to select technology out of the available stack to meet requirements in the most efficient way
- Understanding key functions and responsibilities of various finance tracks
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
