About the Role Wise is seeking a Senior Risk Manager for Latam & MEA as an individual contributor. You will manage the regional risk function, overseeing identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts to safeguard the stability and integrity of operations in the region. What You'll Do
- Be a critical member of the Latam & MEA Risk team in developing and executing a global risk management strategy tailored to the region.
- Ensure consistent application of risk management methodologies, policies and procedures across all operations.
- Conduct risk self assessments for the business in entities, as per risk management principles, supporting remediation and closure.
- Work closely with product teams to provide risk insights into product changes, launches, issues and horizon risks relevant to the region.
