Team Overview The Operational Risk and Control Assurance (ORCA) team is responsible for strengthening TransUnion's risk management framework by ensuring key business processes have effective controls in place to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks. Reporting to the Operational Risk Manager within the Risk Assurance organization, this team partners across the business to support risk assessments, control testing, incident reviews, and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management program. This role reports to Director of Risk Management. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
