Are you a seasoned Designer with advanced Revit skills and a passion for hospitality projects? We’re looking for a Senior Revit Designer to collaborate remotely with our client, a Texas-based design firm specializing in hotel projects. This is a full-time opportunity, and you should be available to work Central Standard Time (CST). Apply today!

What you will do
- Support the design and documentation process across all project phases, from Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) to Construction Documents (CD), within a hospitality context.
- Develop 3D models in Revit during the SD and DD phases.
- Produce SD and DD drawing sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
- Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
- Develop complete construction documents for general contractors.
- Pick up redlines throughout all project phases, ensuring drawings stay accurate and up to date.
- Design and document technical and mechanical rooms as part of hotel projects.
- Learn and work with our client’s internal systems, with training provided.
What you'll need to know
- Senior-level design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Advanced English level.
- Proven experience working on hospitality projects, especially hotels.
- Experience designing technical or mechanical rooms (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SD, DD, and CD documentation standards.
- The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
