Senior Revit Architect

Are you a seasoned architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong design and graphic skills? Do you enjoy taking rough sketches and turning them into clear, buildable construction documents? We’re looking for a Senior Revit Architect to collaborate remotely, supporting U.S.-based projects with a focus on hospitality, particularly hotels, as well as multifamily and healthcare work. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with 10–20+ years of experience who can move confidently from Design Development through Construction Documentation while also bringing design ideas to life through graphics and quick renderings.

What you will do

• Support U.S.-based projects across the Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) phases, with a focus on hospitality (hotel) projects.
• Develop DD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations, in Revit.
• Translate rough sketches into clear, accurate, and buildable construction documents.
• Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
• Produce complete CD sets for presentation to general contractors.
• Pick up and incorporate redlines accurately throughout the DD and CD phases.
• Develop and communicate design ideas through strong graphics and quick renderings.
• Apply your technical knowledge of building construction and basic building systems to every drawing set.
• Collaborate effectively with the project team while taking initiative and working independently on assigned tasks.
• Ensure accurate technical delivery and on-time completion of project milestones.

What you'll need to know

• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 10–20+ years of experience at a Project Architect / Project Designer level.
• Proficiency in the current release of Revit (required).
• Proven experience working on hospitality (hotel) projects.
• Experience producing DD sets, permit sets, and complete CD sets for general contractors.
• Strong technical understanding of how buildings are put together, including basic building systems.
• Ability to interpret rough sketches and translate them into construction documents.
• Artistic ability and the capacity to produce quick renderings.
• Strong graphic communication skills.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• A proactive, self-starter approach.

A great plus

• Experience with multifamily and healthcare projects.
• Experience preparing permit packages for local authorities in Georgia.
• A portfolio that showcases both technical documentation and design/rendering work.
