About this role
Senior Revenue Systems Administrator
The Senior Revenue Systems Administrator owns how our revenue systems are run, supported and governed day to day, and leads our support process. Revenue Systems runs the tools that about 440 people across many teams use every day, from Sales and Customer Success to Finance and Data: Salesforce as our hub, and around it tools for conversation intelligence, scheduling, enrichment, contracts, billing and customer success. We are turning the team into a product team, where each tool has an owner, a direction and outcomes we measure.
In this role, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of tools, from configuration and access to vendor relationships. You design and continuously improve how we support our users, and define how we measure it.

Vendor management. Manage the relationships with the vendors of your tools, including escalations, usage reviews and renewal preparation, and contribute to roadmap discussions.

-
Configuration governance. Apply and maintain the rules for which changes business administrators can make themselves.
-
Data operations. Run imports, deduplication and mass updates safely.
-
Coaching. Share your expertise with less experienced team members and support their development.
-
