About the Role We are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our revenue accounting team for the Navan Expense product. This role will own crucial month-end close activities, ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606, and maintain strong internal controls. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical accounting skills and a commitment to process improvement and automations. What You'll Do
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries for revenue and revenue-related transactions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate records.
- Support month-end close activities and ensure revenue recognition under ASC 606.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline revenue accounting.
- Maintain robust internal controls over revenue processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. What We're Looking For
