About the Role High Touch is building a foundational recruiting function, and we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to partner with GTM and leadership, shaping hiring needs, sourcing, and closing top talent. This role is remote-first and focused on scaling recruiting in a fast-growth environment. What You'll Do
- Define talent needs by partnering with hiring managers and forecasting growth
- Source, prescreen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Build and own a strong candidate pipeline, especially for sales and technical sales roles
- Foster a strong partnership with hiring managers to streamline interview processes and drive to close
- Identify closing strategies for offers and ensure a smooth offer process
- Provide candidates with the right information to help them decide to join High Touch
